Returns

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Process:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.


Damaged Or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
